FAQ’s on Support

From time to time people ask how they can help provide financial support for our ministry.  Here are a few questions with answers.

  • Are you associated with the United Methodist Church
    • No, Free Methodist World Missions is part of the Free Methodist Church. For more information on the Free Methodist Church click here.
  • Where does your support come from?
    • Our support comes from various partners: churches, group’s, business’, families and individuals. All welcomed to partner with our ministry. Click Here to Donate
  • Can we give monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually?
    • Yes, you can choose how you would like to submit financial partnerships. Many like to break their support down to smaller amounts so they give monthly. But there are options on how you can submit your support, whatever works best for you.  Click Here to Donate
  • If our church already supports missionaries in the budget but they want to help in some way what can they do?
    • Churches do some type of fundraiser or special offering to help support us outside of their budgets. Individuals and families can also support us directly. Click Here to Donate
  • What types of fund raises can we do?
    • Here are a few Ideas:
      • Car Wash
      • Yard Sale
      • Bake Sale
      • Coin Jar
      • Pizza Sale
      • If you go out to eat regularly take one day you would normally go out to eat weekly/monthly and put aside in a jar. Some families with children do this and it helps them teach about missions.
  • Are the financial gifts tax deductible?
    • Yes, When you donate directly to our account or through your local church it meets the IRS giving requirements.
  • How do we give to your ministry?
    • You can donate online here.
    • You can also send a check to: FMWM PO box 51710, Indianapolis, IN 46214. Make sure our account number is on the memo line: MSTHCahill. Please do not put our name on the memo line. IRS requires the account name.
